📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and draft mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using AutoCAD, Revit, and ETABS.
• Collaborate with architects and civil engineers to ensure MEP systems integrate seamlessly with overall project designs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to optimize MEP solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Prepare detailed construction documents and specifications for contractors.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of MEP systems on-site.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets project requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and project teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in MEP engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and ETABS.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bekasi, Jawa Barat.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid professional engineering license (optional but preferred).
