📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve cost efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff on cost accounting principles and procedures.
• Use Oracle Financialis and SAP for financial reporting and analysis.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management on cost management strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and cost management.
• Proficiency in using Oracle Financialis and SAP.
• Certification in Cost Accounting (CMA or CPA preferred).
