📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and arrange flowers for various events and occasions.
• Manage accounting activities, including invoicing, payment processing, and financial reporting.
• Oversee purchasing activities, including vendor negotiations, order placement, and inventory management.
• Use accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP to manage financial records.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of floral arrangements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial and purchasing transactions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the company.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial and purchasing regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Floristry, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in floristry, accounting, or purchasing.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for flowers and finance.
• Familiarity with inventory management and vendor relations.
