📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and configure ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) to meet business requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP users, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Optimize ERP processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor system performance and implement upgrades or patches as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP systems align with business goals.
• Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP technologies and trends, and recommend improvements to the team.
• Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and administration.
• Certifications in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) are a plus.
• Strong technical skills in database management, system administration, and network security.
• Experience with data migration, integration, and transformation.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, JIRA).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
