📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain CNC machines to ensure high-quality production outputs.
- Monitor production processes to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with engineers and other production staff to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on CNC machinery.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and machine performance.

- Assist in training new operators on the use and maintenance of CNC machines.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Production Operator or similar role.
- Familiarity with CNC machinery and programming.
- Knowledge of quality control and safety protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic understanding of computer-aided design (CAD) software.
