📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the schedule and appointments of the management team, ensuring all meetings and events are well-organized.,Provide administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.,Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.,Handle communication and correspondence, both internally and externally, ensuring all messages are accurate and timely.,Support the management team with various tasks as needed, including research, data analysis, and coordination with other departments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
