📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for PCBA production.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product issues and ensure quality standards.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance production efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing.
• Proficient in manufacturing software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CAMWorks.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Certification in ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronics manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
