📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote beauty and aesthetics products.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and affiliate partners.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite.
• Manage affiliate marketing programs to drive sales and revenue.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, influencer collaborations, or affiliate marketing.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite.
