In this role, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of HR, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. You'll use tools like BambooHR for HR management, Google Workspace for communication, and Zoom for virtual meetings. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting performance reviews, handling employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. You'll also work with our leadership team to develop and implement HR policies that align with our company values.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflicts and disciplinary actions.
• Work with the leadership team to foster a positive company culture and drive employee engagement.
• Use BambooHR for HR management, Google Workspace for communication, and Zoom for virtual meetings.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive workplace for all employees.
• Support the leadership team in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in employee relations and performance management.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using HR management software like BambooHR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Bali.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment is a plus.
