🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in farm operations or a similar role
- Proficient in using farm management software such as AgriWeb, FarmLogs, or similar
- Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and crop management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainability practices
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
