📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain digital printing machines including offset presses, digital presses, and finishing equipment.
- Ensure high-quality print output by monitoring and adjusting machine settings.
- Prepare and load materials accurately for each print job.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues with the printing equipment.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and meet job deadlines.
- Keep records of machine usage, maintenance, and any repairs performed.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in digital printing technology and implement new techniques as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Digital Printing Machine Operator or similar role.
- Proven work experience with digital printing machines, including offset presses and digital presses.
- Knowledge of digital printing software such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant software.
- Understanding of color management and printing processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment maintenance.
