📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the branch's cash flow, including counting and reconciling daily transactions.
• Process retail and financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues that may arise during transactions.
• Manage inventory, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Train and mentor junior staff members.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in retail or financial services.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and internal policies.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid ID and proof of work eligibility in Indonesia.
