PT Global Growth Ventures is seeking a dynamic Emerging Markets Executive to join our team in Pangkal Pinang. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving strategic expansion in high-growth regions across Southeast Asia. You'll lead market entry initiatives, forge key partnerships, and unlock new revenue streams in some of the most dynamic markets in the region.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead market entry initiatives in high-growth regions of Southeast Asia
• Develop and implement market entry strategies for new products and services
• Build and maintain key partnerships with local stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and government agencies
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and trends
• Manage and oversee the execution of market entry projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
• Monitor and report on market performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and achieve organizational goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in emerging markets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in market entry, business development, or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing market entry initiatives in emerging markets
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and economic trends in Southeast Asia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and partners
