Pacific Pharmaceutical is looking for a dedicated Telemarketing professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our pharmaceutical products, and driving sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound calls to promote our pharmaceutical products and services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.,Provide product information, answer customer inquiries, and address concerns.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent and effective communication strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Must be able to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
