📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
