📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and customer interaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
