📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Identify and address any issues or challenges in the sales process.,Promote products and services to potential customers through various marketing channels.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
