📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement,Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless operations across the organization,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Manage and mentor operational staff, providing guidance and support,Conduct regular operational reviews and provide recommendations for improvement,Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records and reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and management skills,Proficient in using operational management software and tools,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
