📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, and medical practitioners.
• Present and promote our insurance products and services to potential clients.
• Assist in the administration of insurance policies, including claims processing and policy renewals.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both healthcare providers and our insurance clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in healthcare and insurance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of insurance solutions within healthcare settings.
• Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and networking events to expand our market reach.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new administrative processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field in the insurance or healthcare industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with insurance administration software and tools, such as Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Knowledge of Indonesian insurance regulations and healthcare policies.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
