In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage service operations, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the F&B service, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Lead and manage a team of F&B staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Contribute to the development and implementation of F&B service strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B service management.,Proven track record of leading and managing a team.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.,Certification in food safety and hygiene is a plus.
