📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily laundry operations and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing guidance and support.
• Coordinate with hotel partners to understand and meet their specific laundry needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage and optimize the use of laundry equipment, including washing machines, dryers, and folding machines.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in laundry operations or a related field.
• Proven experience in supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of laundry equipment and processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry operations is a plus.
• Ability to travel and work in multiple locations across Bali.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for transportation.
