📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and provide updates on product and service offerings.
  • Monitor client performance and provide feedback and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales data.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
