📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures.,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for operations staff.,Conduct regular operational audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
