Place Star Nusantara is seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team in Bantul. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, including network problems, software malfunctions, and hardware failures.,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security protocols.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
