PT Emas Maha is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Deputy Inventory Staff to join our team in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and a passion for maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all inventory processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and control of inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Conduct regular inventory audits and physical counts to maintain accurate records.,Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to manage inventory replenishment.,Maintain and update inventory records using the company's inventory management system.,Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and analysis for management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.,Provide support to the Inventory Manager in any additional tasks as required.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
