📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and prospect potential clients for BRI Finance's credit products, including personal loans, mortgages, and business financing.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote BRI Finance's credit solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for BRI Finance's credit products.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit marketing.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of marketing plans and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit marketing or a similar role in the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of BRI Finance's product offerings and credit policies.
Proficient in using CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
