PT Duta Anugerah is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Training Officer to join our team in Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. This role is crucial in supporting our training and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, organizing, and conducting of training programs and workshops.,Prepare training materials, including handouts, presentations, and other relevant documents.,Coordinate with trainers and participants to ensure smooth execution of training sessions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of training budgets and schedules.,Support the Training Officer in managing the training calendar and ensuring all deadlines are met.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and facilitators for various training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a training and development role.,Strong knowledge of training and development principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English proficiency is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
