📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of production schedules to meet daily targets.,Monitor production processes to ensure they are running efficiently and effectively.,Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of product quality.,Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products.,Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.,Support the Operations Manager in developing and implementing operational strategies.,Provide regular reports on production performance and operational issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control procedures.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
