📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing daily operations of F&B outlets, including restaurants and bars.
• Oversee staff scheduling and ensure optimal staffing levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a luxury or high-end hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Micros, Clover, or Toast.
• Certification in Food Safety and Sanitation (e.g., ServSafe) is a plus.
