📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized.,Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of preparing high-quality dishes.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
