📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the section, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the section.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all projects are completed successfully.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Represent the company at internal and external meetings and events.
  • Identify and address any issues or concerns that arise within the section.
