📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the workplace is a safe and healthy environment for all employees.
  • Manage and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support where needed.
  • Ensure that all financial targets are met and that the business is operating within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement any necessary changes to keep the business competitive.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
