📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and mentor branch staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and efficient workflow.,Monitor branch performance metrics and implement strategies to improve productivity and profitability.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on branch performance and activities.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance leadership and management skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a corporate or branch setting.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
