In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our applications, from initial design and development to deployment and ongoing support. You will work with a variety of tools and technologies, including SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Azure, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Whether you're troubleshooting a complex issue or collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop a new feature, you'll play a crucial role in our ongoing success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop, implement, and maintain our software applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, helping them to maximize the value of our applications.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our applications.
• Collaborate with our global team to ensure our applications are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, helping to drive innovation and excellence within our team.
• Contribute to the development of our employees, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in application development, support, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Azure, or a willingness to learn these systems quickly.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or a related field are a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
